Tilapia fillets, 100% fish, skinless, boneless, CO treated, IQF, packed twenty pounds per case.

Typical container load 2200 cases x 20 pounds (44,000 pounds) consisting of 2-3's 500 cases

3-5's 1200 cases

5-7's 350 cases

7-9's 150 cases

We usually produce two containers, ship one immediately and the other a few weeks later. Two containers take between three and four days to produce.

We send a mashgiach (Rabbi) to each production, and he is present during the entire production run
