OU、KOF-K、Star-K 全球3大Kosher认证机构联手共建全球Kosher产品数据库系统UDB。(2006-8-18)

The Universal Kosher Database is a project launched by the OU in conjunction with several other certifying agencies to gather together the information on available kosher products needed by manufacturers. The founding agencies are:

• Orthodox Union
• Kof-K
• Star-K

Two other agencies are actively preparing their systems to join the UDB: the CRC and OK.

The data available for view in this application includes products:

• Certified by the Orthodox Union
• Certified by the other participating agencies

Not included in this database are:

• Certified products from non-participating agencies
• OU or other agency certified products that are designated by the manufacturer as Confidential
• Certified products from other agencies that for various reasons are not accepted by OU
• Certain products that are neither Certified or Approved by are allowed in plants on a supervised basis
