The Federation is one of the UK’s eminent Kosher Certification Agencies, certifying in excess of 2000 products and over 300 companies.
Our logo is widely recognised giving the purchaser the assurance that the product has passed the most rigorous inspection and meets the standards set by out Rabbinic representatives.
The logo is an indication to others such as Moslems , Seventh Day Adventists and Vegetarians who observe Special Dietary Laws. The general public are more readily aware of the term "Kosher" and food suppliers realise this growing awareness.
